Concerns having the ability for providing a community residential corrections facility for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a poiint of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistane and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Wilmington/Dover, Delaware area. An estimated number of inmate days are 7,300 for the Base Period and 3,650 for the First, Second and Third Option Years (70% Males, 30% Females). Estimated RFP issue date is July 6, 1998, estimated closing date is September 4, 1998. Contract base period is two years with three one-year option years to renew.
