The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound reinforcement equipment, preparation of an operations and maintenance manual, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient qualify to permit repair and adjustment of system components to manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, repsonsible bidder submitting the lowest-price. This is an invitation for bid, the contract will be firm-fixed price. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $200,000. A payment bond is required. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size.
