The work includes but is not limited to supply/fabrication/testing and adjustment of sound reinforcement equipment, preparation of operations and maintenance manuals, user training, warranty maintenance, and the repair and refinishing of all surfaces damaged during the installation of the system components and cabling. The contractor shall have calibrated test equipment of sufficient quality to permit repair and adjustment of system components to manufacture specifications. Award will be made to the responsive, responsibe bidder submitting the lowest-price. Estimated cost is between $100,000 and $200,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about July 20, 1998.
