Meckel, Contracting Officer, 703-614-4577 On behalf of the U.S. Army Research Institute and in accordance with FAR Part 6.3, the Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to award a purchase order (under the simplified acquisition threshold) on a sole source basis to The Gallup Organization Inc. The contractor will be required to provide public opinion data routinely collected under "The Gallup Poll" and provide the Army with important information on public opinions about issues of concern to the Army. The survey results will provide Army leaders with information useful for making decisions on Army plans, policies, and programs. There is no solicitation document. This notice is not a request for quotes. Interested firms may send a capabilities statement to F.J.
