Peter Shultz, (202) 366-9561 This procurement will enable the NHTSA Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance to test for manufacturers' compliance with the upper interior head impact protection requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 201 "Occupant Protection in Interior Impact." Tests shall be conducted in accordance with Office of Vehicle Safety Compliance Laboratory Test Procedure TP201U. There may be multiple awards for this procurement. Contract(s) will have an initial term of 12 months with a Government option to exercise up to 4 option years (each in 12 month increments) resulting in a total possible period of performance of 5 years.
