Provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and transportation required to remove,purchase and install carpet, sheet vinyl and cove base at building 847 (Base Operations)on Columbus AFB MS. This service consists of: the removal of existing carpet & padding -- 6400 SF, removal of composition tile -- 220 SF, removal of cove base -- 1580 LF, surface preparation -- 6575 SF, install loop pile carpet -- 620 SY, install cut pile carpet -- 40 SY, install carpet squares -- 92 SY, install molding -- 48 LF, install sheet vinyl -- 25 SY, install new cove base -- 1580 LF. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all furniture that is presently on the carpeted areas and return the furniture to the same places so the rooms will be ready for occupancy.
