THE CONTRACT SHALL BE REQUIRED TO INVESTIGATE, EVALUATE AND RESOLVE THE BACKGROUND AND CIRCUMSTANCES CONCERNING HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE ACCIDENTS, INCIDENTS, EQUIPMENT DESIGN DEFICIENCIES, OPERATION OR FIELD REVEALED DEFICIENCIES, AND CHANGING MISSION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SCOPE SIGNAL III SYSTEM. PROPOSE TO ISSUE A REQUIREMENTS TYPE CONTRACT FOR 3 YEARS WITH ONE TWO YEAR OPTION.
