The work to performed will include all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary and required for the construction of new surface drainage to include side slopes,fencing,security gates,concrete drainage structures, and corrugate metal drainage pipes,at various launch facilities in the vicinity of Malmstrom AFB Mt. The resultant contract will be an indefinite delivery,indefinite quantity requirements type contract with one option year. Request for proposal will be issued on or about 01 July 1998. Proposal closing will be on or about 31 July 1998. Performance period is 365 days after issuance of Notice To Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written requests for the solicitation will be considered. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
