Roofing contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision and expertise necessary to remove and replace approximately 2700 sq. ft. of built-up roofing on Building 8 and approximately3300 sq. ft. of ballasted single ply EPDM roof on Building 13. Replacement roofing for each of the above buildings shall consist of asphalt adhered roofing insulation and fully adhered single ply EPDM sheet roofing systems. Work shall include all flashing, metal work, removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical and structural items as required for the removal and replacement of the roofing systems. All work shall be performed in accordance to the project plans, specifications and roofing manufacturer's requirements. Project #609-98-115. Estimated cost range: between $100,000 and $250,000. SIC 1761. Site visit is scheduled for 7/15/98, 10:00 AM CST in Building 13, Room 103, Conference Room. Bid documents/drawings available upon written request accompanied by nonrefundable $15 check or money order made out to the Marion VA Medical Center.
