R -- SENIOR LEVEL CONSULTANT FOR TA TO RYAN WHITE CARE ACT PROGRAM HIV PROVIDERS SOL 98-HAB-27843 POC Sarah Bueter (301) 443-5352; fax (301) 443-6038 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisitions Procedures in part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The proposed period of performance will be nine months. The contractor shall be a senior level consultant to assist the Technical Assistance Branch of the Division of Training and Technical Assistance of the HIV/AIDS Bureau. The contractor shall provide technical assistance (TA) to Ryan White CARE Act program Community-based HIV providers who lack meaningful managed care experience. The contractor shall help these entities adapt to the changing health care environment and infuse the latest HIV scientific advancements and clinical information through the development of TA products/services.
