All toilets have the option of being relocated within the confine of Barksdale AFB at the discretion of the government and by government personnel. Exterior color of units must be standard 595A, Color No 23690 or one approved at time of submittal that is close to a light tan. A contract is contemplated for a basic year with four option years.
