The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of government furnished aircraft modification kits at a location in Europe. The Air Force does not hav e facilities available for contractor use. The contractor shall provide all backshop support for the installation effort. Contractors who meet the followi ng qualifications may submit a proposal for this effort: 1. Air field and plant facilities to receive, secure, store and modify fly-in A-10 aircraft to be provided by the Government. 2. Capabilities to conduct Funtional Check Flights from the contractor's facilities. 3. Experience in installation of aircraft modifications. 4. Employees experienced in aircraft egress systems and handling of weapons. The modification is to be installed IAW the procedure 21ea. Applicable to: A-10 Aircraft.
