The Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCDD) has a requirement for contractual support which includes hardware and software system research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of: combat systems, weapon control systems, information systems, and Navy battle force systems. Programs to be supported include Shipboard Gridlock System (SGS), Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Gun Weapon Systems (GWS), Ship Self-Defense Systems (SSDS), SLQ-32, and other shipboard combat, weapon, or information systems. This effort will include a base year and four optional years. The anticipated level of effort is 47 man years for the base and for each option year. This requirement is a follow-on to Contract N60921-94-D-A320. The incumbent contractor is Synetics Corporation.
