Contract personnal shall be currently licensed in their field of expertise in the State of Colorado. All work shall be performed in accordance with Weld County, Colorado regulations and any applicable state and federal regulations. All Weld County, Colorado and any applicable state and federal permits, with the exception of the Permit to Construct, will be provided by the Contractor and permission to proceed received by the Contracting Officer prior to commencement of work.
