Work consists of removal of the existing deceleration lane, excavation, aggregate base, hot bituminous plant mix (ODOT Class B), and painted traffic markings. All materials are contractor-furnished and material certifications will be required. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is being conducted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program in accordance with PL 100-656. This is not set-aside for small business. (0167)
