Ting, Contract Specialist, 618-256-1500 ext 330 Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, service and supervision to repair exterior building P40 at Scott AFB IL 62225-5015. The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) replacement of flat roof areas with sloped slate roofs; 2) remove existing slate tile roof system to deck and install new wood decking and wood framing support members; 3) install new mechanically fastened underlayment base sheet, new slate tile roof system, new batt insulation, ice dam protection system at gutter edge perimeter, new copper flashing, valleys, gutters and downspouts and miscellaneous accessories, and variuous items of exterior trim, louvers, soffits, fascia necessary to complete roof upgrade; 4) replacement of existing rooftop A/C unit with new split system including new concrete pad at grade; 5) replace flat porcg roofs with sloped slate roofs.
