Armstrong (970) 490-7216; Cheryl Smith (970) 490-7523 The Western Area Power Administration (Western) has a requirement for nonpersonal services to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes performing above ground line inspection of all wood poles, performing a nondestructive evaluation at the ground line on all poles that pass the above ground line inspection, inspecting all poles that pass the above ground line inspection and nondestructive evaluation to a depth of 24 inches below the ground line, rejecting and marking poles not passing the above or below ground line inspections, or the nondestructive evaluation, furnishing and applying ground line treatment to poles passing the below ground line inspection, furnishing and applying the treatment to internal decay where the need is disclosed by above and below ground line inspections, backfilling all excavations, tagging poles and preparing inspection and treatment reports. This project will be performed in Routt, Grand, Moffat, Rio Blanco, Gunnison, Montrose, Chaffee, Saguache, and Pueblo Counties, Colorado; Uintah and Daggett Counties, Utah. The Service Contract Act will be applicable to this requirement.
