R -- PROVIDE WRITTEN PRODUCTS TO CARE ACT MANAGERS ON ISSUES RELATED TO TA AND STATEWIDE COORDINATED STATEMENT OF NEED (SCSN) SOL 98-HAB-262878 DUE 071098 POC Kimberly Lewis -- (301)443-4540 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with Ms. Regina Tosca, 2901 18th Street, N.W., #115, Washington, D.C. 20009. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to assist the Division of Training and Technical Assistance (DTTA) in maintaining activities currently in process and will support the implementation of a new project mandated under the reauthorized Ryan White CARE Act. The contractor shall provide written reports to CARE Act program managers, review and provide HRSA reports on model technical assistance interventions, review and edit TA documents and written analysis of HRSA's Statewide Coordinated State of Need Plans (SCSN). The period of performance for this project is eight (8) months. Ms. Tosca is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
