Work shall include demolition and rehabilitation of approximately 12,000 square feet into outpatient surgical suites. Work will include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, asbestos abatement, and general construction. Performance time will be 365 calendar days after date of receipt of the Notice To Proceed. The Government will require a 90-day acceptance period for bids submitted.
