The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: scraping and painting of exterior windows, window trim, and exposed exterior wood trim around building; removing loose glazing on windows; painting exposed concrete piers, front porch, steps, and rails; remove and install new metal doors; replace damaged wood trim and fascia. Performance is expected to be completed within 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1721. Project has an estimated magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for package and all such requests for such should be made in writing to the above address.
