Sealed offers are due on or before Wednesday, July 29, 1998 no later than 4:00 p.m. EST. The estimated cost of construction is between $600,000.00 and $700,000.00 with construction completion 130 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Award will be made based on price and other factors. Prospective contractors must submit references of similar projects with their proposal for review. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS AND THE RESULTS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED UNTIL AWARD OF THE PROJECT. Work includes, but is not limited to, providing all materials, labor and equipment required to complete the preparation of the existing concrete floor by leveling and furnishing, installing and finishing new asphalt plank flooring in accordance with plans and specifications prepared by Bayside Engineering Associates, Inc.
