The project consists of removing and replacing the suspended ceiling, removing wall paneling, removing interior doors and creating new finished openings between rooms, adding new drywall, preparing and painting all walls. Carpentry, drywall, painting and other special trades will be required. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000.
