D -- MODIFICATION OF OPEN SKIES MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING SYSTEM (OSMAPS) CONTRACT DUE 070998 POC Timothy Houston, Negotiator, (703) 325-1469, Edward L. Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028 Effort will include but not be limited to: a) performing architectural analysis correction of software; b) supporting Argonne National Laboratory; c) making Year 2000 corrections; d) procuring a transportable operational planning system; e) creating an open skies annotation tracking and plotting system in addition to a transportable operational planning system frame interface capability; f) performing an inter-operability test; g) sorting orders for analysis reports; and, h) performing various program management duties, for the Open Skies Management and Planning System (Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) contract number DNA001-92-C-0029). Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances of TOP-SECRET -- WINTEL and SCI. Contemplated period of performance is 4 months with a projected start date of 01 Aug 98. DSWA plans to award this additional work to the current contractor, Northrop-Grumman Corporation, B-2 Division, 8900 East Washington Blvd., Pico Rivera, CA 90660-3737.
