Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to replace/repair various types roofs. The work includes single-ply roofs, clay roofs, and synthetic tile roofs. Additional miscellaneous work will be required such as (1) Repair and/or replacement of flashing, gutters, downspouts and stucco work. (2) Provide protection and clean-up of building interiors, exteriors, and surrounding areas during roof work. (3) Repairs to roof decks and support systems. This is a unit price contract. Performance period will be one basic year and three option years. The magnitude of the maximum amount is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, including all option periods. Minimum for the first year is $6,000.00. The solicitation will be issued under full and open competion procedures on or about 2 Jul 98. The date for receipt of bids is on or about 4 Aug 98.
