Sources Sought -- Sources are currently being sought for the tear down and removal of three modular buildings on Peterson AFB CO. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other items and services necessary to completely remove three 26,800 square feet modular facilities from Peterson AFB CO. The contractor shall be acceptable to prime GE Capital Modular Space. The contractor will: remove all pre-identified government-owned equipment from the modulars and transport it to an identified storage location on Peterson AFB (location to be determined by 21st Civil Engineering Squadron (CES); dismantle the modulars in accordance with accepted industry standards; transport the modulars to GE Capital Modular Space, Denver, CO, facility; follow predetermined route and time within Peterson AFB for removal of modulars (route and time will be determined by 21st Security Forces Squadron (SPS)); be responsible for any removal, if any, of lead base paint and asbestos abatement in the modulars before they are extracted; allow 21CES to deenergize all main utility lines; disconnect the modular utilities from the main utility lines; brace and make structurally sound all modular components; and cover or seal exposed openings with viscuene.
