This scope of the work consists of the replacement of existing potable water meters, the installation of potable water meters in un-metered buildings and related work, The meters vary in size from 1- inch to 12- inch. Several meters will be fire-rated. The majority of the meters serve specific buildings. The estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The SIC code is 1711 and the business size standard is 7.0 million. B. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to the evaluation criteria set forth in DFARS 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, Construction Acquistion Test Program (APR 96). C. There will be a charge for the plans and specifications, however at this time no dollar amount has yet to be established. D.
