Blackledge, Contract Specialist, (404) 842-6516 Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated 6/16/98, reflects the following changes which include option items: Provide all necessary labor, materials and equipment for the replacement of four rooftop (direct expansion) air conditioning systems for The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NIOSH Research Laboratory, 315 Montgomery Avenue, Spokane, WA. Work includes removal of existing air conditioning units, installation of new units and the transfer of existing direct digital controls from old units to new units. The air conditioning systems vary in size from 5 to 20 tons and use gas for heat. Options may be exercised at the time of award or within 90 days of contract award and include the following: replacement of three additional air conditions systems and a fourth option for installation of two exhaust systems to include roof mounted exhaust fans and associated ductwork. The estimated cost range of this requirement is between $250,000 to $500,000. Period of performance is 245 calendar days. Plans/specs will be available approximately 7/15/98.
