Benson, 406248-9885x230 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and this document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This procurement is 100 percent set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The SIC Code for this procurement is 1442, Construction Sand and Gravel. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Custer National Forest has a requirement for 8500 cubic yards of 3/4 inch minus gravel at the Ashland Ranger District, Ashland, Montana. Gravel shall be crushed and stockpiled on the Ashland Ranger District, Ashland MT within 60 days of contract award, Gravel shall meet specifications MDOT specification 701.02 grade 2, price shall include royality and any pit reclamation. Clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this clause.
