76 -- TECHNICAL MANUALS FOR UPDATED ASSYMETRY SENSOR TEST SETS SOL N68335-98-Q-0143AA DUE 071198 POC Darla M Kelly, Code 213, 732-323-7437 FAX 732-323-4069 The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure on a non-competitive basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation, Operation and Maintenance manuals for the Asymmetry Sensor Test Sets. It is intended to negotiate an order with Northrop Grumman under the terms and conditions of Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-97-G-0143 to satisfy this requirement. Northrop Grumman is currently developing upgraded Asymmetry Sensor Test Sets. They are the only known firm with the capability of providing the technical manuals describing the operational and maintenance requirements of the operational test set. Consequently, this procurement will be conducted under the provisions of 10 USC 2304 (c), FAR section 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should reference N68335-98-Q-0143AA. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
