Line Item Description: Supply and Delivery F.O.B. Destination Soil Fumigant -- Basamid (Brand Name) Granularor equal Soil Fumigant. Active Ingredient: Tetrahydro-3;5-Dimethyl-2H-1,3,5; Thiadiazine 2-Thione-99%; Inert Ingredients-1%. Quantity: Minimum of 13,000 LBS and Maximum of 16,000 LBS. Provide a Unit Price Per Pound (LB) Delivered F.O.B. Destination. Required Delivery Schedule: The Government requires delivery on or before September 15, 1998. Delivery Location: J. Herbert Stone Nursery, 2606 Old Stage Road, Central Point, Oregon 97502, located approximately 5 miles Northwest of Medford, Oregon, between Jacksonville and Central Point, Oregon.
