The intention of this scope of work is to obtain an electrical system upgrade, from overhead to underground. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide conversion of power and signal systems, a 16kv metering station and power transfer scheme, generator, building, street lighting, demolition of existing generators and overhead power distribution system and other incidental related work. S.I.C. Code is 1731, "Electrical Work". Estimated cost is between $1,000, 000 and $5,000,000. Large businesses considered for award will be required to submit a subcontracting plan. Completion time is 420 days.This project is a straddle project and as such is subject to the availability of funds.
