Estimated Cost Range: $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The solicitation documents will be available for downloading from the Internet on or about July 10, 1998, Proposal due date on or about August 11, 1998. A pre-proposal conference will be held on or about July 21, 1988. The exact time and place of the pre-proposal conference will be provided in the solicitation documents. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition of the following items; plywood window stools with plastic laminate tops and edges; plastic laminate faced EPS foam insulation panels at spandrel glass where indicated on drawings and outside air AHU_s. Provide new construction and finishes, furnishings and equipmentincluding but not limited to the following items, plywood window stools with plastic laminate tops and edges; laminated, insulated panels installed in glazing rebates inside existing spandrel glass; framed, laminated panels screwed to the inside face of window frames; outside air AHU_s; and power connections for new AHU_s utilizing existing panels to energize circuits.
