DuBose, Contracting Officer (717-770-7107) Services to recycle/recover all mercury generated by the Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna Pennsylvania (DDSP) located in New Cumberland, PA. All recycling and recovery will be done in compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws. Contractor will be required to provide his EPA identification number as a part of the quote package. Transportation shall be performed by DDSP. This is for disposal of an estimated twenty-five each fifty-five (55) gallon drums of crushed mercury tubes for the base year of October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999; plus four option years. Written quotations are being requested. All correspondence in regards to this procurement action shall bear: (a) Purchasing Agent's name (Nancy Day) and (b) the Request For Quote (RFQ) number (SP3100-98-T-0372).
