58 -- SITE INFORMATION TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENHANCEMENT SERVICES (SITES) SOL DCA200-98-R-0051 POC Mary Ann Hall (618) 229-9580 The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) through the DEFENSE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONTRACTING ORGANIZATION (DITCO), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225-5406, intends to award a sole source contract to Operational Technologies Services, Inc. (OTS), a small business, for the continued deployment and lease of SITE Information Telecommunications Enhancement Services (SITES). Anticipated contract life is a twelve-month base period and four one-year options. SITES is deployed at approximately 50 locations within the National Airspace System (NAS) and additional 500 locations are anticipated. The requirement is for system components, system materials, depot maintenance and engineering and technical support for the remote sites in order to obtain real-time information concerning remote site conditions, such as the loss of commercial power, an abnormal temperature, a low fuel condition or a malfunctioning piece of equipment.
