Regan (412) 365-5440 The Government is accepting proposals for a General Construction project for Renovation of Building #4 at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206-1297. This work is to completely renovate Building #4 and the work includes, but not necessarily is limited to the following: improvements to the HVAC system, interior finishes, modest architectural improvements, electrical upgrades, replacement of fan coil units, abate asbestos piping and reinsulate, abate asbestos floortile and replace, halls and walls improvements to ward corridors and lobbys, miscellaneous painting, installation of hot water perimeter heating system, replacement of corridor ceilings. All work to be performed in accordance with VA specifications and drawings. All interested parties must submit a written response to Mr. J. E.
