Cooney @ 757-878-5223, Ext. 251 The Life Cycle Contractor Support (LCCS) for the Adverse Weather Capable (AWC) MH-47D and for the Cockpit Management System (CMS) MH-60L Aircraft is planned as a sole source acquisition with Rockwell International Corporation, Collins Avionics and Communications Division, Cedar Rapids, IA. Rockwell is the manufacturer of the majority of the critical components of these systems and is the developer of and owner of data rights to all software thereupon. The contract will include a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. This solicitation is releasable to U.S. firms only. Requests from U.S. firms must be submitted in writing to the above address and must include business size. All responsible U.S. sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
