P -- TRASH REMOVAL SOL RFQ No. 124-0019 DUE 081998 POC Ronn Lindert, Contracting Officer, 608-584-6119 The Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, WI is soliciting to establish a contract for Trash Removal Services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), Oxford, Wisconsin. The contractor must supply one 40 yard sealed compactor/container, roll off type with compartment which has hinged door and hasp provided so it can be locked. The contractor must supply one 20 yard container or two 6 to 8 yard containers, roll off type with compartments that have covers. The contractor must remove solid waste in their 40 yard trash compactor/container located at the FCI in accordance with an establish schedule. the contractor must clean up any waste spillage. Estimated volume at the FCI is 416 tons of waste per year. The contractor must remove from their 20 yard or 6 to 8 yard container(s)located at the FPC in accordance with an established schedule. The contractor must remove any waste spillage from the container(s). Estimated volume at the FPC is 150 tons of waste per year. A firm fixed-price contract will be awarded on or about September 3, 1998 to the lowest qualified bidder. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this office. The estimated range of this agreement is $25,000 to $100,000.
