and $100,000. Performance time is 60 days. The contractor shall provide
all supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except government
furnished), to perform all operations necessary to accomplish the
following: Install one new 794 MBH oil fired boiler with 10" double
wall flue. Install one new 3000 GAL dike tank. Install copper supply
and return piping with control valves. Construct a 10' X 10' room with
double door (6 X 7' door) on the inside of the building including
lighting, fire detection and exterior motorized louver for combustion
air. Install 4 vertical projection heaters, (hot water); 2 horizontal
projection heaters, (hot water); 1 horizontal projection heater, (hot
water); and 1 20' long hydronic heating convector in the building.
Install 1 " thick all purpose snap on fiberglass pipe insulation with
vapor barrier on all new piping. Install circulating pumps, modutrol
motor for damper, motor controls, thermostats, temperature controls for
all heaters and fans. Perform all electrical work needed to support
installation of the above equipment. Remove the existing used oil
heater with tank. Issue date on or about July 28, 1998. The proposed
contract is a small business set-aside. All responsible sources may
submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Send written
