Hamel, Contracting Officer The scope of work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings, for the site preparation of future servers. Electrical work will include the removal and installation of 480 and 208 volt feeders; installation of a medium-voltage transformer; installation of an 80KVA uninterruptible power supply unit; installation of several new receptacles and relocation of existing receptacles under a raised floor area. Mechanical work will include removal of a packaged air conditioning (PAC) unit, relocation of a PAC unit, and the installation of a new PAC unit. The work shall be performed by an electrical contractor who has several years experience in computer room renovations. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 150 days. The range of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency, 3200 South Second Street, St. Louis, MO 63118-3399. This project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. The SIC code is 1731, size standard $7.0 Million. Sealed Bid Procedures will be used for this procurement.
