Services must provide Annual Premier Support for Unlimited Telephone Product Support MS Mail, Exchange, Operating Systems and Other MS Applications and On-site visit of Tech Acct Mgr. This award will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer.
