Installation of new soiled dishtable including: placement and leveling, field welding and polishing of table to existing window. Labor and material required to install a Hobart Pulper to the fabricated soiled dishtable including: uncrating, placement and leveling of the pulper to the fabricated soiled dishtable, final mechanical connection to the utilities including the circulation drain between the pulper and the trough, start-up, adjustments and demonstrations. Note: all required utilities including plumbing and electric to be within 5' of final connection. The pulper comes with a disconnect. Removal of existing soiled dishtable including: disconnect of plumbing and electric, cutting of soiled dishtable at the window, removal of soiled dishtable and disposer to the loading dock. Fabrication on new stainless steel dishtable approximately 8'0" -- 4'10" angled X 2'8" with scrap trough, silver soak sink, provisions for an undercounter pulper, backsplash on rear, tubular under shelf where possible, and provisions for attachment to the existing window. Installation of new soiled dishtable including: placement and leveling, field welding and polishing of table to existing window, and modifying the existing overhead rack shelf. Labor and material required to install a Hobart Undercounter Pulper to the fabricated soiled dishtable including: uncrating, placement and leveling of the undercounter pulper in the dishroom, assembly and connection of the undercounter pulper to the fabricated soiled dishtable, final mechanical connection to the utilities including the circulation drain between the pulper and trough, start-up, adjustments and demonstration. Note: all required utilities including plumbing and electric to be within 5' of final connection. The pulper comes with a disconnect. Company must offer a credit for the scrap for dishtables and the disposers that need to be removed.
