The roof is a Standing Seam Metal Roof System. Foundation is slab on grade, grade beams and pile footings. Finishes include carpeting, VCT, sealed concrete, ceramic tile, tinted glass, painted gyp board, vinyl wall coverings. Warehouse includes dock and dock leveler. Disciplines include plumbing, heating and air conditioning, fire protection sprinkler system, exterior and interior lighting. Site work includes fencing, storm drain/sanitary sewer work, concrete paving, and demolition of existing two (2) buildings. Estimated cost range of this project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about August 7, 1998, and will be provided on Compact Disks (CD-ROM) free of charge. It has been determined that the number of Compact Disks will be limited to one (1) per firm. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed hard copy format.
