The Government intends to negotiate and issue a sole source modification to Contract No. F44600-93-C0033 with C I Travel, 800 World Trade Center, Norfolk VA, 23510 to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform interim management and operation of the commercial travel offices located at Langley AFB, VA and Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.The purpose of this contract extension is to allow the Government sufficient time award of follow-on DoD-wide CTO contracts to provide CTO services. Any contractual agreement for these interim services will be for the period of 1 Apr 99 through 31 Mar 2000 and contain a No-Cost Termination Clause giving the Government the unilateral right to terminate the agreement with a 60 day government notice to facilitate award and providing of services under follow-on Defense Travel Services regional contracts.
