(TMC) services for the Department of State's Far East Bureau. Coverage
will be for all U.S. Embassies, Consulates, and Missions wishing to
join the contract. Current core coverage would be the Embassies in Port
Moresby, Paupa New Guinea with annual air sales of $71,296; Canberra,
Australia with annual air sales of $2,156,000; Jakarta, Indonesia with
annual air sales of $1,409,917; and Bangkok, Thailand with annual air
sales of $4,243,200. All but Paupa New Guinea must be serviced by
establishing a full service travel office in the Embassy. For Paupa New
Guinea, the offeror must have an office located in Port Moresby. The
aforementioned $7,881,043 core contract is expected to at least double
in value either before or after contract award. Service will commence
January 31, 1999, at the expiration of the current contract with
