THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $2,500,000 and $3,250,000. Description of the work is one story facility of approximately USPS Medium Standard Building Design (MSBD). The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 240 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
