Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A J&A for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement shall cover system support including procurement, engineering upgrades, training, software development, testing, installation and extended lifecycle support for the Naval Oceanographic Office Navy Satellite Display System -- Enhanced (NSDS-E) which has previously been designed and supplied by Seaspace.
