This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Proposals are hereby requested under RFP N00189-98-R-0100. This RFP incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. FISC Hampton Roads Detachment intends to purchase the following: 22 each Symbol Model 3100 Portable Data Terminal with 1.1 MB RAM, 8 Line Display, NICAD Battery Pack, 46 Keys, Scanner, Communications/charging adaptor, Power Supply for communications/charging adaptor. Delivery is FOB Destination to TDS Incorporated, 1501 Crossways Blvd., Suite A, Chesapeake, VA 23320. All offers other than FOB destination may be ineligible for award.
