Scope: The contractor shall provide all parts,labor,tools, materials,services,equipment,and transportation necessary to install and start-up the chiller located at the Base Exchange according to the statement of work(SOW)and construction documents. This includes all electrical,mechanical, and necessary equipment such as crane service. Contractor shall remove exsisting fence, cooling tower, chiller and disconnect all electrical, pumps, and piping material. Contractor shall furnish and install new Trane model RTAA 100 Series R Rotory Air Cooled Chiller or approved equal. Exsisting concrete tower pad shall be removed and a new six-inch concrete chiller pad shall be poured and located at exsisting site. All equipment removed by the contractor shall be removed from base and be disposed of properly. Standard Industry Classification (SIC) Code is 5075. Anticipated issue date of this solicitation is 13AUG98. A site visit is schedualed for 20Aug98 at 0900.
