Perform manufacturer's recommended maintenance and rebuild control components as specified to restore 75 h.p. rotary screw air compressor to service after extended non-operative condition (three years). Note: air compressor oil has been drained. Remove and dispose of existing oil fired heating boilers (102MBTU and 460MBTU) at buildings N-290 and N-110 with associated boiler room piping, daytank and electrical. Remove demolished equipment from the island. Note: daytanks and hydronic fluids are already drained. Estimated price for this project is less than $100,000.00.
