The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing a solicitation utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Purchase-Request for Quote method. This solicitation is for correction of structural defects of a single family property located in the State of Louisiana. The defects to be corrected include cutting loose all required piling to allow lifting and stabilizing the property, repair and refinish all effected exterior and interior areas to restore property to its original design, function and habitability.
